Summer Strength & Conditioning Program
Program will be led by ZM Strength Coach Josh Karow, M.S. CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Programs will be tracked & managed through the Teambuildr App!
This program is available to our student athletes at Zumbrota-Mazeppa.

Who:   Students in grades 6-11 (2024-25)
When:   June 2 - August 1^st
(No classes week of June 19^th & June 30 - July 4th)
Where:   ZM HS Weight Room
Two options are available - T-shirt included!

Option 1: 4x per week	Option 2: 3x per week
Strength Sessions - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays Session: 6-7:15 AM Cost: $238	Strength Sessions- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays Session: 12-1:15 PM Cost: $187

The deadline to register is Thursday, May 29th or when FULL!
