Journaling
Grades K and up (2023-24)
Journaling is a great way to make sense of our feelings, release negativity, make lists, goals, to do lists, doodle, drew, jot down quotes, write poems ect. There is no one way to journal, just as there are no two people who are identical. Our minds must find a way to release our thoughts and journaling is a positive way to do that. Students will be provided with a journal and a set of gel pens or pencils to get them started. We will decorate the journals then discuss and practice ways of journaling which will allow them an opportunity to find what works best for them at this time. Instructor: Amy Jensen
