Baseball Skills Training
3rd and 4th Grade (9u and 10u)
We will be working on various skills throughout the sessions including starting with the basic skills of throwing, catching, and hitting. We will also work on skills more defined to specific positions such as pitching, catching, infield, and outfield play. Along with these skills we will also work on game situations to help with offensive skills such as baserunning and defensive skills such as cut-offs / relays and backing up bases. We will also work with the parent coaches of the traveling team to help address skills they observe are needed. Our goal is to have the players enjoy the game of baseball and to learn how to play the game the best they can. We will work to make this fun for the players and keep them active during the time they are with us in the morning while helping to build their skills in the game of baseball.
